Wysiny Firefighting Competition brought together several teams including youth squads, womens teams, and experienced firefighters. The event took place at the local school field, where participants showcased their skills in front of fire department leaders and enthusiastic spectators. The teams competed in various challenges such as combat exercises and relay races. Representatives from OSP Liniewo, Głodowo, Wysin, and Lubieszyn vied for the title of the best team. The undisputed winners were the hosts, who frequently stood on the highest step of the podium. Wiesław Szarmach, the county commander of OSP in Liniewo, expressed his satisfaction with the event, praising the high level of competition and the active participation of youth in firefighting activities. All participants received trophies, medals, and enjoyed refreshments. Next week, on Saturday, June 14, the district firefighting competition will take place in Bartoszylas, in the municipality of Stara Kiszewa. Check out the results of the competition below!
